做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
