做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
