做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
