做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
