做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
