做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
