做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
