做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
