做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
