做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
