做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
