做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
