做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
