做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
